PART 1 GENERAL:

1.1    Description of Work

1.3    Quality Assurance

1. Supplier of the acoustical clouds shall be FabriFinish Acoustical Ltd.
2. Acoustical clouds to meet sound absorption requirement (N.R.C.) as specified.
3. All panel components shall have a Class "A" flame spread rating.

1.4    Submittals

1. Submit ____________ (Quantity) sample(s) each ____________ (Select size) of every type of acoustical cloud as per the drawings and specifications. Samples shall be submitted with specified finish applied.

1.5    Warranty

1. FabriFinish Acoustical Ltd. warrants for a period of one year from the date of installation that acoustical clouds will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

2.1    Acoustical Clouds

3. Finish shall be: ____________ (Select). Finish shall be bonded to the core to prevent sagging or distortion. No seams permitted. All edges wrapped and returned neatly to the back of the core.

5. Mounting shall be Rotofast^TM cloud anchor.

PART 3 EXECUTION:

3.1    Preparation

1. Installation of acoustical clouds will not occur until:
   1. Suitable support structure is installed.
   2. All wet work is complete.
   3. Building is closed to the weather and a temperature range of 60° - 85° F., at not more than 50% humidity is achieved.

3.2    Protection

1. All materials shall be delivered in their original, unopened packages and stored in an enclosed climate-controlled shelter providing protection from damage and exposure to the elements.
